You’ve heard of them, you may have contacted them, but do you know the faces behind the names? Martin’s Human Resources Department is crucial to the day-to-day operations of our company. Based at Martin’s Corporate Headquarters in Florence, AL these four women are always here to help – whether it involves questions about time off, benefits or business cards.

Ann Richey, Human Resources & Safety Manager
Hometown: Born in Ishpeming, Michigan, but grew up in Ozark, Alabama due to the military.
Years with Martin:  21
Fun Fact: I have a Degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Corrections. I was on the pistol team in college. I hoped to work for the DEA or ATF.
What you like most about your job?  You have to love people to work in Human Resources. I also love the legal aspect of Human Resources.
Hobbies or what you enjoy doing outside of work:  I have two children ages 17 and 8. I enjoy every activity they are involved in. I have Marching Band, Jazz Band and Dance Competitions that I support and am involved in. War Eagle!

Susan Jackson, Human Resources Assistant
Hometown: Raised in South Florida and went to college at University of Tennessee (Martin)
Years with Martin: 11 months
What do you like most about your job? All the fun and interesting people we work with
Fun Fact: I’m a licensed skydiver.
Hobbies or what you enjoy doing outside of work: Spending time with my two wonderful boys before they go off to college.

Linda Emnace, Executive Assistant
Hometown:  Loretto, TN
Years with Martin: 1
Fun Fact: I am a Licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee.
What you like most about your job? Interacting with other members of the Martin Family
Hobbies or what you enjoy doing outside of work:  Bribing my five young adult sons with home cooked meals so they will come visit me, running and shopping at thrift stores.

Sarah Norton, Human Resources Intern
Hometown: Huntsville, AL
Years with Martin: 10 months
Fun Fact: I danced for 16 years
What you like most about your job? Gaining real and relevant experience in Human Resources
Hobbies or what you enjoy doing outside of work: I am an Alabama fan, ROLL TIDE!!
